The role of back office co-ordinator is to manage the the Channel Registration process into the company software. The role is on contractual basis upto 1 year.

The candidate should be comfortable in using applications like - ERP, CRM & other process driven softwares. He or She should be able to quickly learn the flow of application & comply with the SOP to manage the Data entry & Channel registration.

Candidate should have good communications skills in - English & Hindi. Prior 3 - 4 years experience of handling - JD Edwards, Oracle, Applications, process compliance, Data entry, Reporting shall be desirable.

Responsibilities

• New Channel Data collection from various resources
• Share Marketing Collaterals to Channel GCR
• Telecalling Channel Partners & educating them of GCR Channel CPSP platform.
• Register Channel Partners into GCR Channel registration software.
• Contact existing registered Channel Partners & Validate their Contact details.
• Share GCR CPSP login details with Channel Partners
• Create reports On Channel Registration, New Channel identified & Contacted.
• To Configure Special price request in software for Channel Order processing
• Assist Channel Partners to login & explore GCR Channel Service portal.
• Share Channel registration form with prospective Channel partners.
