RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Enterprise Backup and Storage activities including management, provisioning, and troubleshooting
• Review, improve, and execute disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures.
• Provide weekly status reporting and customize of backup and storage reports
• Administer and manage Global CommVault backup in hybrid Cloud environments
• Administer and manage Global Enterprise Storage Systems
• Perform server level backup and restore tasks
• Troubleshoot backup issues in accordance with audit and compliance standards
• Maintain hardware and software upgrades and replacements
• Establish and maintain documentation of the current technology state and effectively propose enhancements
• Maintain standards and procedures that meet operational, regulatory, and company policies.
• Ensure consistent backup system availability and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Design and implement solutions for data backup, and enterprise storage
• Experiences in CommVault or similar enterprise backup environment
• Experiences with backup, disaster recovery, and archiving to the Cloud
• Experiences supporting SAN and NAS infrastructure
• Good knowledge and understanding of Backup and Recovery Best Practices
• Flexible personality that can foster positive and collaborative relations w/customers and peers in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
