Job Description

Band Master/Ward Boys  job Position in Sainik School Korukonda

Band Master (Contractual) /01 Post

Qualification : (i) Potential Band Master / Band Major / Drum Major at the AEC Training College and Centre Pachmarhi OR

(ii) Equivalent Nava / Air Force Courses. 

Pay Scale : Rs.31828

Age: Between 18- 50 yrs as on 28 Feb 2019

Ward Boys (Contractual) / 03Posts (SC-01, UR-02)

Essential: Should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination and should be able to converse fluently in English.

Desirable (i) Graduation. (ii) Attainments in games, sports, athletics, swimming etc particularly with coaching experience.

(iii) Experience as Hostel warden in reputed English Medium residential boys school

Pay Scale: Rs.19620/- 

Age: Between 18- 50 yrs as on 28 Feb 2019

They are administrated by Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi. These schools are the brain child of Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the Nation’s first Prime Minister and Late Shri VK Krishna Menon, the then Defence Minister.   The mission of these schools is to prepare the cadets academically, physically and mentally to enter the portals of the National Defence Academy, Pune, and thus encouraging them to don the uniform of the Military Services and carry the arms for the nation. In pursuance of the mission, these schools have set the following objectives.
