Job Description

Investigate historical data for debts and bills.

Take actions in order to encourage timely payments.

Process payments and refunds.

Resolve billing issues.

Handle incoming calls from and make outgoing calls to customers who have missed their monthly payments (Collections - Soft Bucket)

Handle incoming calls from & make outgoing sales calls to our loan customers promoting ECS (electronic clearance system ) / SI (Standing Instruction ) / PDC (post-dated cheques ) as a regular mode of repayment of the loan (part of the Collections Team )

Handle incoming calls from and make outgoing calls to customers who have taken loans from bank and make service calls to them.

ELEGIBLE:-

1) TWO WHEELER AND LICENCE MUST

2) ANDROID PHONE MUST
