Responsibilities and Duties
Managerial / Chief Managerial position for Scale-II / IV Officers who retired from Commercial Banks under VRS, is in great health and have sound experience of personal computing.
Accounting: Ensure proper book-keeping, statutory compliances, MIS, reporting, cost control, etc.
Finance: Scout for and write fundraising proposals and liaise with potential donors, especially for CSR grants, etc.
HR: Enlist bright talent as Interns, Professionals, Ambassadors and Volunteers from universities, campuses, corporates, gated communities
Admin: Complete housekeeping, administration, infrastructure maintenance and liaison with regulatory authorities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bankers with a distinguished career in well-managed commercial banks, retiring at not less than Scale-III, preferably with a CAIIB or equivalent qualification.
They shall have handled core banking or HR areas and not logistics and maintenance. The salary range should be considered with the range of education and quality of experience.
They shall have taken early VRS or have retired in due course but are in excellent health.
