Job Description
A Banking Executive for freshers in Branch Banking typically handles a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth banking operations and customer satisfaction. The key responsibilities include:
Customer Service
Assist customers with account inquiries, opening new accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, and handling other routine banking transactions.
Transaction Processing
Efficiently process NEFT/RTGS transactions, update passbooks, and handle cash management.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all customer documents like PAN card, Aadhaar card, and other KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities are accurately verified and updated in the system.
Sales Support
Promote and cross-sell banking products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, and loans to existing and potential customers.
Problem Resolution
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to transactions, accounts, or branch services.
Administrative Tasks
Manage daily banking operations, keep records of financial transactions, and assist senior staff in branch management activities.
Freshers are expected to be familiar with basic banking processes and demonstrate good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
