Job roles or Designation:

• EBDO, CRM - Trainee , Relationship Executive & Manager ,Recovery Officer,Trainee Kendra Manager and Sales Officer
• Any Graduates or undergraduates of any stream ( Candidates who are on their final year graduation could also eligible .)

• Experience:Freshers/1-2 years Experience Candidates
• Work Location:Entire in Tamilnadu .
• Mostly within a radius of 10 - 12 Kms of the candidates home town or near by .
• But no constraint on the job location candidates will be an added advantage.
• Interview Levels: 3 Rounds
• Age Should be below 26 years

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. 
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers. 
• Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction. 
• Customer Service and Sales - Up-selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers. 
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with systems related to Banking transactions and services. 
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience. 
• Good sales and negotiation skills .
• Experience in customer service but not mandatory.
• Candidate should possess excellent communication skills. 
• Experience in sales or banking sales would be an added advantage.
