1. Managing daily operations of the payment systems, such as checking figures in the reconciliation process for the flow of funds between Bright and users
2. Preparing reports to expedite tracking and reporting of investigations
3. Evaluating and addressing issues stemming from or affecting operations that cross other lines of business
4. Developing relationships with management of internal and external functions/departments to enhance productivity
5. Seeking to influence others as needed to gain support for departmental initiatives
6. Promoting innovation in identifying problematic areas in the process and addressing recurring issues
