The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships by understanding their needs, offering suitable products/services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on business development, revenue generation, and long-term client retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Cross-sell and upsell company offerings to maximize portfolio value.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare periodic reports on performance and client portfolio growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or client servicing.
Experience in target-driven roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
