Job Description

Banking Professionals with 4-7 years experience (and 1-2 years of Business Analysis / IT Experience)

General Requirements for all the positions below :

  • Strong Banking, Investment Banking experience of atleast for 3-5 years.
  • Good understanding of Banking products and services such as OTC derivatives, Liquidity systems, Payment and collection, Trade Finance etc.
  • Experience Mix : 3-4 years Banking/Investment Banking experience and 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience in IT setup (IT company or Bank's IT Dept)
  • Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a Banking domain and a business person for 3-5 years and then moved into an IT company to work on related areas.
  • Experience such as Forex, derivatives, OTC, structured products, commodities desirable

LOCATION: Bangalore with possible overseas onsite placement for certain roles.


Trade Finance - Bangalore
• Business Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, High-Level Solutioning & Planning
• Development of Functional specification documents
• Walk-through of Solutions & Specifications with Stakeholders
• Review for SIT and UAT
• Support Client On-boarding and Client Implementation

Investment banking JD - Bangalore :

• At least 5+ years of experience.
• Experience of Requirements gathering on a workflow tool.
• Experience in Risk/Compliance/Governance Domains.
