Loan Products Field Sales.
Two Wheeler, Licence, compulsory
Plus Two/Degree with Freshers Min 1 yr Exp in NBFC or banks product sales required
Salary + PF + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Devise strategic business plan to enhance the product penetration
Work closely with other teams to cross-sell products across investment strategies
Act as a key client contact point and maintain a good understanding on the market landscape
Provide a comprehensive and professional selling, advisory and delivery service to clients
Assesses business potential of all portfolios, client per client, develop portfolios, initiates new potential deals and mandates on his/her activity perimeter
Review and distribute pipeline reports
Gather required documentation and information for deposit openings and other product sales including treasury management products and new loans
Proactively call customers for customer on-boarding activities including new deposit customers
Manage complex, cross-functional, cross line of businessprograms with regulatory significance
Lead and direct the Sales Force Effectiveness team in the development and execution of key initiatives and strategies
Build strong business relationships by engaing various internal and external stakeholders
