• Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries for meetings/events
• Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO)

• Assist the Manager to coordinate the activities related to conferences/events, Liaise with other departments to ensure preparations are executed according to requirements.

• Read and analyze banquet event order (BEO) / Banquet Function Plan (FP) in order to gather guests' requirements.
