Responsibilities

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems

Setup the bar for service and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools

Create monthly and seasonal drinks menus

Improve and provide qualities service to the guest

Store food, beverages and equipment properly

Build knowledge base on bar service
