Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage finished-goods inventory and overall warehouse operations.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular physical and system controls.

• Receive finished goods from production and ensure correct storage, identification, handling, and preservation.

• Manage domestic and export dispatches and coordinate shipment planning.

• Coordinate with 3PLs, transporters, CHA/customs, logistics, production, QA, sales and order fulfillment teams.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage locations.

• Monitor and improve 3PL and transportation performance.

• Ensure dispatch documentation, including GST/export-related documentation, is accurate.

• Review and enforce warehouse SOPs, 5S/7S and safety requirements.

• Participate in internal, external, ISO and inventory audits and close audit observations.

• Conduct warehouse capacity analysis and support CAPEX/cost-saving projects.

• Manage warehouse employees and support manpower/leave administration. Ffoundit+1

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or a related field.

Experience
