JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Identify & Build alliances with corporate business partners/agencies.
• Making tie-ups with Colleges, Institutes and gather potential candidate information.
• Make cold calls for new business leads, Support in writing new business proposals &
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
• Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling/visits.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Good Communication Skills, Sales Skills, Email etiquettes.
• Good knowledge of Ms Office for proposal documents, presentations and maintaining excel.
• Experience of using Social Media platforms to build connections and associations.
• At least one year of experience as a business development executive & knowledge of HR roles.
• Candidate should have experience in HR and BDE area.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be confident, Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
