Business Development Manager
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
· Identify partnership opportunities
· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
· Think critically when planning to assure project success.
· Following up the existing clients & generating new business opportunities, setting up meetings.
· Writing reports, in charge for getting new clients to the organization, thereby serving them better.
· Getting genuine requirements from the clients, addressing them at the right time.
Thorough follow up with the recruiters in submission of quality profiles.

Clarifying the doubts of the recruiters in
terms of the requirements, by acting as a mediator
between the recruiters and the clients.
·
Building a rapport with the clients by meeting
them personally on a regular basis in order to
understand them better.
· Thorough follow up with the clients on the feedback for profiles submitted.
· Providing management with feedback.
· Monitors performance, customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitors and makes reports as per Management Requirement.
·
End to End client servicing and
follow ups.
Team Management / Generalist Activities
· Handling a team of recruiters & BDE. Assigning task & motivating them to achieve their targets.
· Salary negotiation, Joining Formalities, Training New Joiner.
·
Providing leadership, management, coaching,
monitoring and direction to the new hires to achieve
targets.
· Worked closely with team members for planning, scheduling and closing the clients requirement.
· Responsible for the new hire performance by grooming, guiding and target achievement.
· Act as a Buddy for New hires.
·
Coordinating with the management and
employees.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
· Focused and goal-oriented
