Job Description

  • Candidate should be from BPO Industry ,Service Offerings – esp. on F&A services, well-networked to CFO profiles. 
  • Experience in usage of CRM tool like Zoho or Salesforce. 
Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
  • Actively close loop in all stages of Sales life cycle leading to Customer Acquisition
  • Actively engage in various channels for continuously generating Business leads
  • Filtering databases for Segmented focus / cold calling and Campaign driven outbound Cold calling
  • Secondary research on Segmented focus of companies to identify prospects, & referencing for lead generation
  • Work with Sales and Marketing team to identify, organize, participate in networking events, forums and seminars
  • Work with Sales and Marketing team on Digital Marketing initiatives for Lead Generation
  • Build a sound understanding of competitors, generating leads from end customers of competitors
  • Assist Sales and Marketing to prepare and maintain sales collateral (brochures, white papers, presentations, case studies etc)
  • Interact with all stake holders for Business Proposal development, Facilitate Client visits to Delivery Centre
  • Self-Driven, Strong Communication skills, Selling Skills, Effective Presentation & MS Office Skills.
  • Pleasant Personality & Ability to engage well with CxO level clients.
  • Language Preference: English & Hindi
  • Type of employment: On rolls – Permanent
  • Work Experience (In Years) 7 -10 Years
  • Shift Timings / Offs Regular
  • Educational Qualification Graduate in any stream (Non-Egg background)
