Job Description

Fluent in written and verbal English, with an ability to express thoughts succinctly
Passionate about beauty products
Having basic understanding of beauty and skincare products
Experience with beauty and healthcare brands
Customer centricity, sense of ownership
Decision making and problem solving approach
Handling and resolving the customer concerns related to product
Consulting the customer through call, chats and video call and recommend products based on latest trends
Picking the right product and educating the customer on the same
Advising customers on beauty products related to their skincare, haircare or makeup problems
Assisting the customer in selecting the ideal product suitable for their requirement/age/occasion
Responsible for communicating the techniques to fully maximize the use of product
Promote sales during the voice call / chat / video call
Assisting the customer by upselling the range of products in letting them know the regimen to be followed along with the products’ features and benefits
Responsible for proper promotion of all the products to all the customers
Informing the customers on all the current promotions, events and services offered
Build relationship with customers to create a loyal customer base
