Job Description

General Description: The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering beauty treatments such as full body laser hair reduction cases, doing the follow ups and cross conversions, to guest the clients and members; promoting sales of goods and attracting repeat business.
Duties:
  • meet and greet all clients, visitors and members
  • perform reception duties - answering phone, booking appointments, assisting leisure staff behind the reception in available times
  • taking payments when available
  • re-booking clients when available
  • keeping treatment rooms up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
  • promote and make sales of products
  • deal with complaints and hand over to Senior Beauty Therapist or Therapist Manager has to 
  • submit weekly time sheets to The Duty Doctor/ Senior Doctor (Director) for authorisation
  • ensure the safety and well being of all beauty clients at all times
  • provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to all members/guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
  • You may be required to train as a company first aider and administer first aid to employees and clients if necessary
