Is responsible to serve the skin and hair treatments and provide highest level of service to the customers.

· To perform services like TST, PBT, HF, Deep conditioning and Body Spa

To remove body hairs of customers.

· To perform Hair Treatments on Female Patients.

· To maintain hygienic set up in the room and ensure that all equipment’s and items present in the room are clean and fit for use.

Booking appointments follow up calling.

Being attentive to Customers at all times.

Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time, explaining the benefits of the service.

Helping customers to complete medical questionnaires so any allergies or health issues are flagged up.

Making sure that all equipment is properly sanitized and cleaned.

· Up-selling to customers.

Richfeel has been awarded many times. Recently on 1st August 2015, Richfeel has been awarded as "The Best Clinic" in Mumbai.

· Our manufacturing unit is based at Parwanoo in Himachal Pradesh where world class personal care products ranging from shampoos, creams, facial kits, cleansers, oils, lotions and much more are manufactured.
