Job Description: • Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Should be smart enough in understanding the skill, will and stability concerns of a candidate who is applying for a job. 

• Should be handling and support the full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e from sourcing job, applying to the position for the candidate, talking to vendors, clients, etc, getting submittal, rate negotiation, confirmations, interview setup and scheduling coordination, and until placement and paperwork for candidate. 

• Consultant, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals. Should be an excellent negotiator and aggressive in getting the submittals by calling and following up and emailing the vendors and clients.

• Regular interaction and follow – up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly and quickly. 

• Expert in job portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench – via – requirements received in email, dice, techfetch, etc.

• Mapping the resumes against the requirement and match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds. 

• Building up new business contacts and develop new market segments. 

• Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (US Central Time Working hours) 

• Must be English proficient and a good team player and result driven. 

• No work from home/No remote option. 

Salary: 

For Fresher: INR 10,000 

Experienced in related field (1 yr +): INR 12,000-15,000

Experienced in related field (2-4 years): INR 15,000-18,000
