Job Description
TITLE – BENCH SALES RECRUITER
CLIENT – Logic Planet Inc.
Location – Gurugram, HR.
CTC – 2.4 LPA
Working Hours – Night Shift (6.30 PM IST – 3.30 AM IST) (ONSITE)
We are hiring for Bench sales Recruiter to work from Gurugram office, Qualified candidates should have the below requirements.
- Good experience in handling full cycle
of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor,
Direct/Implementation Clients etc. to submit the bench consultants.
- Negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedule & placing the consultants.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
