Responsibilities:

• 0.6 to 4 years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).
• Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
• Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp)
• Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. I.e. from Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc.,
• Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
• Experience in establishing relationships and working with Tier 1/Prime vendors to market our bench candidates.

• Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, thereby identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
• Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates.
• Must be a good team player and result driven.
