Job Description

  • Strong knowledge and working experience on W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C).
  •  Working experience with OPT/CPT/H1B/C2C/GC/H4. 
  •  Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/, GC, and US CITIZEN).
  •  Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors. Someone who has been in the industry and   can be bring existing clients to support us.
  •  Arranging the interviews with tier 1 vendors or end clients.
  •  Should Posses good knowledge of Contracts 
  • MSA, NCA / NDA / Addendum / Memorandum. - Should be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench sales.
  • Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.
  • Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. 
  • Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client. 
  • Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales. 
  • Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills
