Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter at TrainRecruit IT Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Selling bench consultants by conducting comprehensive searches, qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and successfully closing deals.
Proactively marketing bench consultants to Vendors and Clients, effectively matching their skills with specific requirements.
Collaborating with consultants to understand their preferences and strengths, and assisting them in preparing and submitting resumes to clients.
Leveraging your extensive network and utilizing various web portals like Dice, corp-corp, Monster, CareerBuilder, Net-Temps, JobServe, Computer Jobs, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to identify the best projects for consultants.
Identifying and securing bench consultant requirements from diverse sources, including Prime Vendors, job portals, and other networking platforms.
Demonstrating expertise in various work visas (e.g., H1B, L1, TN, GC and USC) and understanding their implications for consultants and clients alike.
Navigating contracting terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099, providing guidance and support to consultants throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the IT consulting market and proficiency in selling bench consultants to clients and vendors.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using various sourcing platforms such as job portals, professional networking sites, and industry groups.
Thorough knowledge of various US work visas and their implications for consultants.
Expertise in contracting terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and experience guiding consultants through the process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
