Roles and Responsibilities :
Should have 1+ Years of experience into bench sales
Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants ((H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
Proven successful sales record in IT Staffing and Consulting.
Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month – MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview).
Excellent communication skills.
Must have strong US Prime Vendor relations Only (NO Layers).
Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
