About the Role: The incumbent is to be a self-driven inside sales team member who shall introduce the company and its product offerings to potential leads and get them interested to be our customers. The inside sales representative shall be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and conveying to them the right benefits which shall get them interested to know more about ekincare product offerings with only one intent which is to be ekincare customers.
Responsibilities:● Consistently exceeding and meeting sales quota every month
● Planning before communicating with leads i.e., carrying out adequate research about a lead in order to personalize communication to develop a strong rapport
● Effectively managing time and planning the day and the week in order to ensure that the targets are overachieved
● Maintain and expand database of prospects through regular secondary research
● Effectively communicating with leads, making outbound calls to potential leads
● Always on top of following up with leads basis the last interaction or sales process and ensuring that there is never a miss for a follow-up
● Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
● Answering potential customers questions and sharing relevant information over call/e-mail to ensure that the interest is increased with every interaction
● Staying on top of product information and conveying the same confidently to the customers
● Qualifying leads and updating the CRM basis of every client interaction
● Route qualified leads to the direct sales team for further client interaction and sales closure
● To ensure the Sales CRM is always updated with appropriate and relevant details
● To submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the manager in line with the actual performance
Key success metrics for this role● No Outbound Connected Calls
● No Meetings Scheduled
● Less than 5% of scheduled meetings resulted in a No-Show
MUST Skills:●Proficiency in Microsoft office, and using google and social media effectively for secondary research
● Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
● Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task

● Ability to learn and adapt to the dynamic sales environment
