Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the effective administration of global benefits for all legal entities
    • Maintaining accurate and current benefit information on:
      • Our data management platform
      • Excel spreadsheets
      • Individual employee files.
    • Delivering benefits information to new joiners
    • Updating internal records following scheme renewals
    • Logging all invoices
    • Conducting quarterly audits of benefit memberships
    • Renewal related tasks
  • Auditing membership lists against invoices
  • Monitoring the shared Benefit inbox and forwarding emails to the team as appropriate
  • Running monthly system reports re. new joiners, leavers and employment changes
Requirements:

 

The ideal candidates will have 1 – 1.5 years prior administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources and/or Benefits & Rewards. The right candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Keen attention to detail and demonstrable ability to accurately input data and produce reports
  • Interest in working within a team and autonomously
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Office and Excel (including VLOOKUP).
