We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Male Sales Executives with experience in banking sales to drive our 3-wheeler and auto-rickshaw loan portfolio. The role involves operating directly out of distributor offices and auto-rickshaw showrooms to pitch, process, and close vehicle finance deals for walk-in and referred customers.
Showroom & Distributor Presence: Sit at designated auto-rickshaw showrooms and distributor offices to pitch loan products to potential buyers.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert walk-in showroom visitors into loan customers and actively follow up on leads provided by the dealership sales team.
Loan Processing: Collect required KYC documents, fill out loan applications, and coordinate with the credit team for quick approvals and disbursements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with showroom managers, dealers, and local distributors to ensure maximum share of finance business.
Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor loan schemes and interest rates to position our financing options effectively.
Gender: Male candidates preferred (due to intensive field/dealer coordination).
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate.
Experience: Prior experience in Banking Sales, Field Sales, NBFC, or Auto Loans is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must own a smartphone.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month (Depending on experience and interview performance) + Attractive Incentives.
