Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates as pipeline in order to consistently line up candidates on month on month basis.
Interact with college campuses and ensure maximum number of candidates are being sourced by building rapport with the Training & Placement Office.
Should be able to source candidates from all possible sources and must be proactive in terms of presenting the end to end recruitment support.
Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of candidates as per the mandate shared by client for hiring Sales Candidates.
