Source candidates by approaching Colleges, headhunting, tele calling, using Job Portals and all possible means for getting candidates on Board for various client requirements.
Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates as pipeline in order to consistently line up candidates on month on month basis.
Interact with college campuses and ensure maximum number of candidates are being sourced by building rapport with the Training & Placement Office.
Should be able to source candidates from all possible sources and must be proactive in terms of presenting the end to end recruitment support.
Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of candidates as per the mandate shared by client for hiring Sales Candidates.
Present report on regular basis.

Good understanding of the sourcing of candidates, connecting candidates from the campus, coordinating and organising campus recruitment drives.
Energetic and passionate about sourcing right candidate for various client as per the desired time frames.
Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibility Area:
On boarding candidates from different sourcing for various Bank Assignment monthly.
Manage end to end sourcing and ensure candidates are being on board to the Client site.

TVS Training and Services Ltd is a TVS group company that was established in 2011, in Chennai. TVS TS provides training in a variety of domains from automotive and engineering to finance and retail. It provides training and assured employment to unemployed youth across the country.

TVSTS offers more than 250 courses in the above Divisions in a range of domains. All courses are offered at 3 levels – Introductory, Advantage and Advanced. The courses range from short to long term from 2 days to 9 months. TVS TS also offers seminars in various domains throughout the calendar year.
