Role Designation: Client Solution Lead
Roles and Responsibilities:,
A Bid Manager has the following key responsibilities within the assigned account scope:,
1. Bid Management:,
i) Assemble the right team, develop pursuit summary, develop pursuit plan, execute the plan,
ii) Coordinate with stakeholders to develop the pursuit strategy, solution,
iii) Responsible to develop pursuit response and commercials,
iv) Responsible for bid submission with requisite quality.,
v) Responsible and measured on Conversion of RFPs & RFIs ( % conversion),vi) Responsible for deal conversion by value – TCV of business won, ,
2. Client Visit Management:,
i) Develop the visit agenda, visit planning & scheduling,
ii) Develop the requisite content for the presentations,
iii) Visit related coordination & management, ,
3. Knowledge Management: Develop reusable contents & enrich pursuit repositories.,The individual will be required to take complete ownership of end to end pursuit activities during the pursuit lifecycle.,The major engagements would involve:,
1. Carry out research and analysis for specific prospects / pursuits,
2. Create and collate content for proposals,
3. Program manage small pursuits small to mid-sized pursuits,
4. Support in creating estimation models and arriving at pricing,
5. Create and maintain knowledge artifacts,6. Conduct research activities,
7. Assist in visit management WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to the customer WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Ltd.
Technical and Professional Requirements: Minimum Experience required: ,
i) 3-12 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance will be considered.,
ii) Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and a MBA background is preferred.,
Requirements:,Mandatory:,
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.,
2. Relevant experience in the BFSI domain.,
3. Experience in interacting with clients.,
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.,
Desirable:,
1. MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate degree,
2. Knowledge of industry specific trends,
3. Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers,
4. Experience working for Global Clients,
5. Experience managing large multi-location engagements
