Ansysoft provides a range of IT-enabled services for businesses, corporate houses, and organizations, and other valued clients. We develop customized web applications according to our customer's requirements. We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, ensure quality, submit bids in a timely manner.
- Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Required Skills:
- Work experience as an Account Manager or Bid Manager or relevant role.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Have software/programming related to technical knowledge
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
