MODULE 1 (8-9 HOURS)
1. Daily 8-9 hours of duty.
2. No miss rides. Strict actions to be taken if misses more than 3 rides per day.
3. Less than 8 hours duty treated as half day.
4. No minimum number of rides.
5. Must have active bank account.
6. If given reason as no rides and found miss rides treated as half day.
7. Daily entry in register scoter out time and in time.
8. Daily entry of kilometer while taking out in the and keeping it back
9. If found or caught taking offline rides no warning to be given. Rider would be fired on an
immediate basis.
10. Daily 30rs as allowance.
11. Submission of money of total rides on daily basis.
12. Weekly once off Friday/Sunday as per comfortability.
13. All the earnings made on off day would be directly given to the rider.
14. Scoter must be parked at garage everyday no exceptions given.
15. Per successful referral 750rs per rider.
MODULE 2 (1200 TARGET) MONTLY – 12,000 FIX + INCENTIVES
1. No fixed time or any particular timing for job or no fixed duty hours.
2. If target not achieved remaining amount must be recovered on holidays.
3. If fail to achieve target on weekly basis salary would be deducted accordingly. 1:3 ratio.
4. No minimum number of rides.
5. Must have active bank account.
6. Daily entry in register scoter out time and in time.
7. Daily entry of kilometer while taking out in the and keeping it back
8. If found or caught taking offline rides no warning to be given. Rider would be fired on an
immediate basis.
9. Weekly once off Friday/Sunday as per comfortability.
10. All the earnings made on off day would be directly given to the rider.
11. Daily 30rs as allowance.

13. Any amount above target would be treated as incentive of the rider.
14. All the tips received by the rider would be 100% given to rider.
15. Scoter must be parked at garage everyday no exceptions given.
