Job Summary:

• Prepare GRN, STN, E-way Bill , invoice & delivery challan for all inward and outward
  
• material, data collection from all vendors.Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  
• Data Entry of Material Inward & Outward
  
• Carry out transactions in the system and MIS-Excel
  
• Filling E-bill for the material
  
• Responsible for the follow-up with customer on regular basis for closing lead
  

• Should have good communication skills.
  
• Should have good computer knowledge.
  
• Filling, Book Keeping, Maintaining and follow up of schedule. General Admin work. Courier Management, Handling phone calls Transport, Coordinating with the Vendors and clearing the bills for Mobile, Telephone
  

• Should be a Female Graduate with 1 to 2 Years of experience in Back Office
  
• She should be able to communicate in English fluently with client.
  
• Good Knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel/ Word.
  
• Should know voucher making, tally entry, challan, bills and invoice making, payment follow up, ledger checking. knowledge of GST. etc
