The duties and responsibilities of a Billing Executive include sending invoices and account updates to clients, receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.
Maintain and update the report of all billing activities and present them to the Billing Supervisor.
Collect feedback from clients and help them solve their issues related to billing.
Issue invoices, bills, receipts, etc and manage the account status.
Check the credibility of debit accounts.
Check for missing payments and notify the Billing Coordinator.
Maintain and update accounts receivable records.
