Job Description

Person needed for billing..12hours shifts       

Responsibilities:
Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers.
Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
Report on activity to upper management
Generating accurate invoices for the dispatched products, detailing quantities, prices and any applicable taxes
Cross checking orders with the products dispatched to ensure accuracy in billing
collaborating with the dispatch team to obtain accurate information on the product dispatches and delivery schedules

Skills:
Strong attention to detailed and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication skills for the effective interaction with internal teams
Proficient in using Tally and MS Office application
