Job Description

BIM Modeler :- 1 Post
Location : Bangalore
Qualification :B.Arch./DCE/ DME/B. Arch. or equivalent degree required  
Experience: 4 – 6 years in architectural industry/ Construction Methods using BIM

Job Scope :

  • Detail the model to the required LOD (Level of detail) as per the contract with the necessary information gathered from the relevant sources.
  • 4D, 5D modelling.
  • Material quantity take-off.
  • Proficiency and practical working knowledge of Autodesk’s Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) software required
  • Preparation of detail drawings from the model for site fabrication
  • Proficiency and practical working knowledge of Autodesk’s Revit / Navisworks (Architecture/Structure/MEP) software required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have working knowledge of current BIM versions (2010 -2016)
  • Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM
