Our ideal team member

• You are a BIM modeler with 3-5 years’ experience – you know Revit well and can model efficiently and accurately.
• More importantly, you care about improving your skills in Revit, cross-training onto programs you don’t know yet, and exploring new areas of BIM.
• You are interested in project management and leadership.
• You possess excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. You are confident speaking English, or are motivated to improve.
• You are interested in learning US standards, building codes, and developing permit sets.
• Successful and motivated candidates could be offered work visa to USA in the future.
• This position is available to applicants willing to work in our Mumbai office and to remote applicants.

Job Description

• Develop BIM models for structural /Architectural/ MEP discipline from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
• Develop models from point clouds
• Preparation of Structural BIM models with various level of detailing
• Strong knowledge in numeration and reinforcement drawings
• Generating presentation and construction drawings sheets from the Revit Model
• Clash Detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
• Strong knowledge in architectural design and detailed drawings.
• Ability to generate various Architectural layouts, sections, elevations and details
• Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks

Requirements

• Experience 3-5 Years with valid Educational Certificates.
• Qualification B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Architectural) Skill Set
• Available to work in flexible times and some days on EST
• Prior experience in working on American projects is a plus
