Responsibilities and Duties
The Biryani Cook will be responsible for preparation of 7 - 8 Varieties of Biryani's that will be served at the Restaurant. It will be required for the Biryani Cook to maintain high levels of Hygiene & Cleanliness, follow HACCP, FSSAI & HSEQ Standards, Prepare, Manage & Maintain Recipes, Ensure Food is prepared within agreed Cost Levels.
Qualifications and Skills
It is mandatory for the Biryani Cook to have minimum 5 Years experience in high end Indian Restaurants.
