I. PANCHAYAT SAMITI LEVEL POSTS

1. Block Information Officer/ No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application or Bachelor’s Degree (Hon’s) in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in any stream with “A” level certificate course of DOEACC.

Provided that candidates with qualification of “B” Level Or “C” Level Certificate course of DOECC with 03 years Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Tele-Communication shall also be considered, or Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech. (IT) and B.Sc. (IT) by Distance Education Programmes from any recognized University or from any recognized Open university or B.Eor B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, or B.Sc in Computer Science or Master/ Bachelor in Computer Science or B.Sc.in General Stream Course and M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized University/ Institution.

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree with Post Graduate B.Ed. Degree or Graduate Degree with 03 years of experience of teaching in Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with 03 years of experience of working in Govt. Sponsored alternative system of Education or Graduate Degree with 03 years of experience in management of Education.

II. FOR GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.

4. Executive Asst of Gram Panchayat/ No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (UR-04, SC-03, ST-01, OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

ii) Diploma in Computer Application from any recognized Institute.

Desirable: i) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Rural Development from any recognized Institute or University.

ii) Experience in Social Work or Rural development.

Educational Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or University.

Desirable: Six months of formal training in using Personal Computer from a recognized Institution.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.

Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.25200/-

Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Test and Viva Voce Test.

Malda is a district covering area of 3sq Km with Bihar and Uttar Dinajpur at North , Murshidabad at South, Bangladesh at east , and Jharkhand and Bihar at West. It shares 165.5 km international border with Bangladesh. Having a central location it is an important junction and entry point to Siliguri from South Bengal. The river Ganga makes its first entry in West Bengal near Manikchak of Malda. As it is a low lying basin, it is prone to flood.
