Job Description

BMC Remedy Developer - System Architecture (6-10 yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (DevOps)

Key Responsibilities

Provide System Architecture, Development, and Administration on multiple BMC Remedy instances
Perform data analysis, data migration services from legacy instances of the tool to new versions, as well as, troubleshoot and correct application-created data anomalies and corrupt database tables sites.
Create customized workflow, functionality, and data flow applications using the underlying Remedy AR capabilities to create applications that enable unique customer business processes.
Conduct end-to-end testing of all new functionality or applications developed on the Remedy platform prior to rolling out to production.
Design, test, and implement data, application, and API level integrations between Remedy instances and other customer systems.
Provide advanced technical support, architecture development, and administration of the underlying platforms and infrastructure supporting the Remedy instances including but not limited to LINUX, UNIX, and Windows environments.
Create and modify technical documentation, user guides, and administration guides.
Provide technical expertise in the migration of Remedy to cloud infrastructure
Provide technical expertise in best practice design and delivery of the platform and insight into integrations with other BMC products such as Truesight, BMC Discovery, Digital Workplace etc

Skills/ Experience
7+ years of experience in the principle responsibilities listed.
Must Have's

Expert experience with Remedy ITSM (recent versions or Helix preferred)
Expert in SmartIT

Nice To Have

Expert in Digital Workplace
Expert in Truesight Orchestrator
