BMS Operator/AC Technician recruitment in NMIMS

BMS (Building Management System) Operator

Experience, Skills and Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Graduation from recognized institution.

2 years of experience in Building Management Systems, HVAC automation controls, energy management systems, or other related experience.

Ability to read blue prints, control drawings and logic controls and BMS program language

Knowledge of HVAC network systems, including fiber optic networks and building management communication networks, and ability to understand psychometric charts

Ability to install relays and run wiring

Ability to use temperature and relative humidity meters, data loggers, electrical volt and amp meters

Ability to closely work with HVAC field technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance of HVAC equipment

Working knowledge of commissioning, diagnosing, and repair of environmental‐control systems, utilizing knowledge of electronics, direct digital controls, pneumatic controls, airflow, hydraulics, and refrigeration theory and control techniques preferred

AC Technician

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 5 years' technical and trade experience,In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of Cooling systems,Understanding of the current regulations within the field, Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level, Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Education: Degree/Diploma/ITI (Electrical/ Electronics/ Thermal/ Instrumentation),Knowledge of HVAC required.
