Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities:• Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls
• Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
• Upselling products and services wherever possible;
• Building sustainable customer relationships;
• Keeping records of all conversations organized;
• Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
