Customer Service Representative (5 days per week) ||Surat
The Job requires interacting with customers over chats and emails to ensure all
issues are resolved to the customer.
The job requires them to understand the customer's problem accurately, follow
procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Executive, they will be dealing with our customers from
all over WORD. As a company, we take great pride in the level of customer
service we deliver to the customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Freshers & Experience candidates both can apply in customer service.
We want a candidate who has a good command in
English. (excellent communication in English)
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Flexible to work in challenging work
Must be comfortable with night shift
Must be comfortable for Calling.
Handling inquiries coordinating/following up
Good knowledge of MS-office & basic
Required Experience and Qualifications
Freshers with good communication and written skill.
₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
