Job Description:

• Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
  
• Remote Infrastructure support
  
• Perform problem cause analysis
  
• Resolve customer queries & achieve customer delight.
• Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
• Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
  

Desired Skills:

• Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
  
• Sound Knowledge on Operating Systems & MS Office
  
• Basic Networking Knowledge
• Good Communication Skills(Neutral English-Mandate)
• Any Graduate or PG's (Min 15 years of Education required/No Backlogs)
  
• Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
  
• Experience required : 0 to 3 years (Max)
• Compensation: 3.2Lac + Night Shift Allowance
