12,000 - 22,000 Per Month International BPO – Work from home only
Designation : Lead Generation Associate
Experience : 0-1 year any experience
Qualification : any graduate
Should be proficient in understanding English with US Accent
Typing skills not required
Quick learner, good listening skills
Shift : Night shift (Fixed)
Salary : Based on Number of leads achieved as explained below
• Leads achieved during training period of 1 week, every lead will be paid at Rs. 150
• After training period, every lead will be paid at Rs. 100
Presently each Associate achieves around 160 leads every month earning more than 15k per month
The status of all the leads will be given on a real time basis (maximum within 3 hours)
Incentives : Daily incentives are provided.
Training: Provided by company for 1 week on Skype Platform and continuous On Job Training and Assessments will be provided.
No of Positions : 100 numbers
Login Hours : 6:30PM to 4:30 AM (Changes during Day Light Savings),one should login a minimum of 9 hours daily including the breaks
Working Days : Monday to Friday
We are looking for Candidates who can join us Immediately
Referral bonus : For every lead that your referral generates you will be paid Rs.15 without any kind of upper cap.
Minimum Requirements :
Laptop or desktop
Headset (Mic is not required)
Internet connection with good speed preferably a wired connection(Broadband) with at least 4 Mbps Speed
Note: The company will not pay for any of the above.
