Profile-AMAZON PROCESS
Process Handling US/CANADA Inbound calls Regarding trouble shooting service plains CONVERTING calls Into Deals.
Good in analyzing customer requirement.
Developing long-term relationship with clients through managing interpreting their requirements .
Should be comfortable with Night shifts(8pm to 5:30am).
Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English
LOCATION-NEW DELHI.
SETTER 150+ ACTIVE PEOPLE 50+.
EXPERIENCE 1 TO 5 YEARS
WORKING DAYS 6.
SALARY AVAILABLE Up to 50k
MEAL AVAILABLE
TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE AVAILABLE .
INTERVIEW TIMING IS 3 PM TO 9 PM
