Job Roles & Responsibilities: Ø Answer calls/chat/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints. Ø Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken. Ø Process orders, forms and applications. Ø Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Ø Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Qualification Required: Under Graduate (+2/Diploma) / Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate Skills Required: Ø Basic computer knowledge. Ø Good communication skills. Ø Active listening ability along with active problem-solving skills. Ø Fresher and Experienced both can apply.
