Job Description

Urgent opening for Inbound Tech Support for Night ShiftSalary on the 1st of the month.Fixed Salary upto 25K.

Position Vacant:Sales Executive.
Shift:Night
Job Summary:
Attending customers calls which will be related to computer,laptop,printer,routerand other devices of Mac and Windows,customer will have an issue on these devices and the candidates needs to understand the problem and give a resolution to their problems after the resolution is given or suggested then the candidates needs to convincethe customer to pay for the service and the software.once the payment is done the candidates needs to transfer the call to the technician for the service.

Criteria:Need to speak in English FluentlyNeed to close their own callsRefund exp in Tech support will not be counted.Need to be flexible.Need to have exp in Tech support outbound or inbound exp at least for 1 year.
