Job Description
Handling all incoming calls of customers and
these calls may be regarding various types of issues. When a call is received
from a customer, a customer care representative will try to resolve the issue
Qualification: Should be Graduated Freshers can also apply with excellent communication skills
Job location -
Moti Nagar
● Inhand – 15000/-
● For an initial 18 days, you will get 5000/- as a stipend for training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
● Convincing skills
● Able to understand customer’s concern and queries.
● Successful closing of escalated calls.
WORKING MODEL
● Day shift
● 9 hours
● 6 days working
● 1 Rotational off
● WORK FROM THE OFFICE
*(FOR BOYS - 7AM TO 10 PM window) (FOR GIRLS 7AM to 8PM window)
